We only ship our products within the Contiguous United States. Only certain products are available for international shipping. Availability will be mentioned in the product description page. All orders placed on our website www.nutritionbizz.com will ship from our warehouse either the same day (orders placed by 11AM EST) or the next business day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number in the email provided during the time of checkout.
We do ship orders to box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. The estimated delivery to PO/APO/FPO varies between 15-35 Business Days.
Buyer is responsible for paying any Customs Fees or tax that become due when importing a product in their country.

Our aim is to meet all your expectations by either exchange or refund. You may return most new, unopened items purchased directly through our websitewww.nutritionbizz.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Restocking fees of up to 30% may be charged if the returned product shows sign of use. We do not accept a return for buyer’s remorse. We will be glad to pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment that was used during checkout within 1 to 3 days after receiving the order back at our warehouse.
In-Store Purchase Returns Policy
Our aim is to meet all your expectations by either exchange or refund. If you are not pleased with the purchase, you may return most new, unopened items purchased for a full refund with a valid sales receipt. In the absence of a valid sales receipt, a store credit will be issued for the lowest in-store sale price at the time of return which can be used for any other in stock product. A valid government id is required in the absence of a valid sales receipt.
If the exchanged product is higher in price, the difference in balance becomes due by the customer.
No exchange or refund for any opened, used or any product missing any packaging or accessories.
Free Gifts or promotional products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
No exchange or refund for any product not carried in our store without a valid sales receipt.
